Functions are easy once you get the hang of them. Wish it had a longer battery life but 7 hours gets me through majority of my day.

I use a Bluetooth because my husband is a truck driver and we have a one year old so in order to be on the phone with my husband long enough before I need to put the phone down to chase my son I need a hands free device. But this one did not come with a charger and it doesn't last and every so often the mic goes out and my husband thinks I hung up on him.
