Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it mostly.. it does connect using iPhone only thing is volume button is lacking for goodness .. connects right away gives you 7 hrs of talk but it drains fast .. no directions on how to charge it so I had to google it online it’s simple the connection cable to charge it looks like your missing it but after 2 days realized all u have to do is plug end into one side of usb cable u use to charge iPhone if there was directions in the box I would’ve figured it out the plastic piece u fit into your ear does make your ear sore after a awhile I found and outer part to make it fit on outside of ear that works better .. this def could’ve been made a lot better .. it serves. The purpose I bought it for hands free driving .. but for price I would pass spend more money and buy a better model .. only big plus is it connects right away and pairs fast

Use this a ton for work many hours a day on and off the phone. For $60 (compared to other prices on similar BT headsets), can't beat it! Again, will review in a couple months if quality diminishes.

I like the way I can connect to two different device's. I like how it can switch from tablet to phone also. The speaker works well, no outside noise interferes. It works well for the price. I would definitely recommend to others to try out.

It works most of the time but often drops calls. Callers say the voice quality is good and when it works I can hear the conversation ok on my end. It may be better to spend a little more.

Posted .The headset itself can only request your phone to end a call when you press it's call control button, but if the headset disconnects from your phone or the call audio switches back to the phone that might be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test. If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
