I often have trouble with the volume and I can't hear anything. I stopped using it after giving it a two week college try. Sorry I didn't have a chance to return in the 14 days.

Posted .The volume should be loud enough, if its not that may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
If the reset doesn't help we can replace the device. It has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. You can use the following url to view the replacement steps.

People don’t waist your hard earned money on the high end Bluetooths out there they don’t work as well as this one does. Whomever I talk to always say “it’s like your sitting next to me”. I I actually hear the person speaking and not the background noise. I have referred this to friends and family and a lot of them have purchased this and love it just as much as I do!!
