Tried the wireless versions but did not play nice with windows 10. But this wired version has great sound and performance any gamer will love! Do yourself a favor buy this now forget about the buggy wireless headphones

For the price this headset is a great deal. Unless you want to spend a few hundred on a designer brand headset, this one is a great headset.

Seems to be decent, but having problems with what seems to be a short or defect in one of the sides- sound quality not the best and difficulty trying to record- have to shout to get the mic to pick up the sounds.

While the sound inside the headphones from the powered speakers is clean, the actual padding on the headphones - to normally reduce outside noise from being heard - is really weak. You can hear everything outside your headphones as if you didn't even have them on. Also, after fifteen minutes of use, the sound gets distorted and is unlistenable. Plantronics support doesn't seem to recognize this even with multiple customer's comments. DONT BUY THESE.

I think that for the money you can not beat these headphones. No way you can mess up like smaller ones 2

I bought them for my son and he uses them all the time playing online games. He told me he could wear them all day they were so comfortable

At my time of purchase it was considered one of the best headsets for the money. It didn't disappoint.

I used these on skype and a few games, but when i used them on other things like Call of duty and Counter Strike And they Sounded Rather Bad, so it overall depends on the use

top of the line headset at the time. The company has great customer service and backs up there headset and warranty

I'm a value buyer. I looked at the full spectrum of headset available up through about a $300 price tag. This set is excellent for less than $100. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The headset gives me really good quality sound, and they are great at canceling noise around you, great when you are gaming. Would greatly recommend to my friends.

About the only good thing these offer is their light weight. The sound was muffled, and the quality of the mic is horrible.

The sound is good but the mic sucks. The person hearing you speak using the mic can hear a clicking/popping noise.

I thought these would be awesome PS4 head sets. Turns out they plug into a usb hub, so they weren't convenient. I returned them

Bought these to replace a set of 20 year old Sterling Te-200 studio phones I was using for gaming. I was looking for a set of headphones that would produce similar quality that those great studio phones could reproduce and I have not been disappointed! They fit my medium sized head with no pain over long sessions and haven't caused my ears to sweat like other headsets that use leatherette/vinyl ear pads. The felt is soft and comfy and completely surrounds my ears. At first I was a little sad the speakers didn't produce more bass but after installing Equalizer APO and playing with the frequency gain, I was able to tweak to my preference. Sound is now beyond what was, out of the box, good and balanced. The virtual surround positioning is excellent, but the sound produced by turning it on is echo-y and sounds like you are in a gigantic empty room. I found the headset still works in surround without the Dolby surround turned on. Just set the in game preferences to use surround. All the benefits of surround without the echo of the virtual 7.1. The mic quality is outstanding. I didn't think a boom mic could produce sound nearly as clear as a high dollar condenser mic. Don't get me wrong, if you want studio quality recording you will need a studio quality mic, but this mic is excellent and I've tossed the beamforming mic that came with my soundcard back into the parts bin without a second thought. With the Equalizer APO I've also been able to mess with the mic and added a compressor and some frequency gain tweaks to get my voice to sound almost like a professional. People didn't believe it was me at first because of how much a difference this mic has made! The build quality looks to be a little on the cheap side and it seems like I'll need to be very careful to not stretch the headband, as I could see how it could snap like others have reported here and other sites. The usb cable could be longer, I'm finding that its right at the limit of its reach if I lean back in my chair. Nothing a USB extension can't fix but would be nice if they had a 9-10 foot cord instead of a 6, for those that don't have their case right next to their seating position. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend these for people looking for a quality headset and mic combo for their PC in the sub $100 price range.
