I give it 4 stars because iit only comes with one size ear bud. I have small a small ear opening so this one aches after a half hour of wear. However, the price was right for my use sing I am a sporadic user.

This unit works, but it is not as comfortable and won't stay snug in my ear so I need to hold it in order to hear clearly. This is probably the fault of my ear configuration, not the unit but it is annoying .

This headset is fairly comfortable but it doesn't mask the background noise that well. This is a moderately priced unit, perhaps a more expensive unit would be better if noise cancelling is an issue.
