Great purchase, the quality is amazing! It is tiny so it is not that obvious that I have something in my ear

sound is very good ahd the talk time is more than adequate with 11 hours. Commfortable

I ise it while riding motorcycle and its easy and to use, plus it holds nice and tight to my ear. The battery saver function is also great cause after a while it goes into standby mode until there is activity on my phone.

It's light and fits well. Not big or bulky. I have small ears and most do not fit well. Good sound.

By no means is this a great earpiece, but it does the job, and does it very well. If you can find it on sale, that makes it a better buy. Had trouble with the molded plastic inner ear piece so I'm using the over the ear clip. Works fine. Very clear on both ends of the conversation.

The fit is good and stays on my ear. The sound is good and can be adjusted easily. Charges quickly.

I buy a couple Bluetooth's a year, I just happen to lose them or forget them when out running errands. I always buy the Plantronics Bluetooth as they very good, if you get the cheaper, sometimes depending on road conditions, people can hear the road, if you get the expensive ones, those are much better, but don't last as long. The connection is pretty good most of the time, but it sometimes depends if you are connected to multiple devices. I will continue buying one when I will need one again. Wait, where's my Bluetooth? =).

Setup was easy. Very clear sound and good battery life

Sometimes I forget that I put it in my ear and walk around before I realize it's still there. I had to replace my old Bluetooth headset, which was wobbly and uncomfortable to wear. If I whipped my head around too fast, it would come flying out of my ear. Also, according to the people I would speak to on my cell phone, the sound quality was terrible. This unit is snug and secure and the sound/voice quality it great!

Well, I learned the hard way that it was my phone that truly seems to be "allergic" to BT connectivity, but still once upon a time there were these things called "flip phones" and it just so happened that Sony Ericsson made a good one. If you bought a like branded BT earset to use with the flip phone then you could simply press the button on the side of the ear piece, wait for your prompt and then say the person you wanted the phone to call exactly the way you recorded the "sound shortcut" the phone would then match what you said to what you recorded and stored on file and it made a "sound match" if you will - then you'd be talking to the person you asked for. If it didn't match you'd have to try again. Very rarely would it ever confuse one recording with another recording. With the plantronics earset, technology has moved along a bit, I like it's battery life, I like it's ability to tell you how much battery is left or it's ability to locate the earset when it's lost with an app from the play store. Even the feature where you can tell it to call any random number shows's great promise, yet it's all poorly executed. This thing totally sucks at understanding me no matter if I speak like me or like a mono-tone robot. I've used plenty of software with big companies like UPS would use just so you can speak your tracking number. They never have problems with my speaking skills, but this thing can't even hear anything right, numbers or names, it even hears different names of people that I have in my contacts and calls them even when their name sounds nothing like what I spoke. And so I have no secure way to know I'm getting who I'm asking for. It severely limits how I might choose to use my BT earset. Somehow the tech involved with this doesn't even eclipse that of flip phone era technology, so for the ability to find it with an app and for super long battery time and for fitting in my ear in a way that it doesn't easily fall out I give this earset 3 stars. Fix your voice recognition S/W and you'll get 5 stars outta me.
