I heard clearly, the people I spoke with heard me clearly BUT whenever They Spoke, THEY HEARD THEIR ECHO. It would drive THEM CRAZY & drive ME UP THE WALLS hearing them COMPLAIN about that. Returned it to Best Buy & purchased the Plantronics Explorer 505.

This one maintains a longer charge and It is a Christmas present so we cannot review the device right now
