Nice features but bad sound

It sounded fine on my end but everyone I called said that it sounded like I was talking through a tin can. They also said they heard a hiss and/or static sound at the end of almost every spoken word. After several days I returned it and purchased a different brand.

People I speak with while using the earpiece tell me they don't hear too much background noise such as wind blowing or cars. Only reason I didn't rate this product a 5 is because it fits a bit loose on my ear other than that it works great

Not a good bluetooth

The Planetronics has feedback of conversation on the person not using that Bluetooth. We have tried volume control and readjusting the device and nothing has worked. I would not recommend this item.

The voice is great also the reception is great also. I didn’t get the pairing part together it was a little confusing but over all good item. After a long day it hurts your ear a little so u do have to take it out. Also it secures in your ear great.
