I have been using the device for about a month and have had no problems. Bluetooth range is usually quoted as about 10 meters. This device has preformed well at 2 or 3 times that distance. I like that I can listen to music from my phone or internet radio while wearing the device.

Please try the following: 1) Completely unpair from your phone. 2) Power off and on both devices. 3) Press and hold the call button until the LED flashes red/blue on your headset. 4) Reconnect and test. If the issue continues, there might be an actual fault with the headset, in which case a replacement will be necessary. The M95 comes with a 1 year Limited Warranty, if you continue to experience difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878.

Unfortunately I seem to misplace/lose my Bluetooth devices. I thought I would save money buying the cheaper models. Didn't happen. Couldn't hear people or was told that I was barely audible. Spend a few extra bucks for the Plantronics. They're worth it.

To answer an incoming call you can simply press your headset's call control button once, once on a call you should be able to adjust your headset's volume by pressing the volume buttons, but you can also adjust the in-call volume from your phone. I have a tendency to beat them up, and or loose them. For years I bought Motorola earbuds and they always broke. This one is great if you don't lay it down and loose it.
