Also, the range/distance you can talk when you've walked away from your phone is good in one sense. But, on the other hand it will allow you to go to far away from your phone without alerting you that you've left your phone in order to recover it quickly, i.e. if you've left it on the counter at the store. The earbud is too large for my ear canal, it's painful after wearing for 2 hrs.

If you would like to have this feature, we recommend you to take look at our Voyager series. Regarding the out of range situation, in this case if your headset remains out of range for more than 90 minutes, the headset will enter into DeepSleep mode in order to save power. While we thrive for our headset to fit everyone, we understand that one size doesn't fit all. With this in mind we include 3 different ear tip sizes and a universal ear loop for a better fit. If you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style.
