The bluetooth works great, and it is so much easier to work from home with a bluetooth device. My only problem is putting the headset on mute. You have to press both up and down volume keys. With my big hands and this being such a small device, sometimes its hard. I just opted for putting muting though the phone instead of through the headset

This is a great Bluetooth for the price! I love the clear reception and crisp audio that I get while using it. It is very durable. I once accidentally washed it is one of my pant pockets. I took it out of the washer and put it over an air vent to dry out overnight. It was good as new and working the next morning!

Easily fits in my ear, the battery life is long, very stylish

Works good with cell phone but you can't be to far away from your phone or it disconnects. It connects right away when you get closer to your phone. Not a bad earpiece for the money.

It is not too bad, but it is causing pains in the ear lobes and not that comfortable. The volume is okay and I hope the manufacturer will look into that for future improvements.

I have owned several noothtooth ear pieces over the years and after purchasing a few less then effective ones, only buy plantronics. The ear loop keeps the unit comfortably in place. I use it in the car for hands free use, as well as, at home while doing house cleaning and exercising.

I was looking for a set that had dual purpose. To listen to music and answer the phone with little to no delay, and this product does just that! I love it! I wish it had a longer battery life though

I like it. It's one of the few that will fit in my ear. It is very sensitive though. I get complaints all the time about background noise.

Plantonic bluetooth is very reliable and work for longer hours but I realize that if someone who uses same product calls you, the Bluetooth is very noisy and not clear. My boyfriend and I have same blue tooth. I can't hear him when he calls.

Its good for a simple blue tooth. Picks up every little sound though. But in a pinch this will do and works with Google assistant better than expected

This is a good product for the money. I do have some problems keeping it in my ear at times but it is probably because I have very small ear canals. I would recommend it.

The headset is good, not great. I can hear people on the phone well but they say it has an echo back at them sometimes. Still a good product.

Item was brought out to my car. Item works above and beyond my expectations. Need it as driving with a phone stuck in my face or attached to the side of my head is beyond dangerous. I appreciate you guys for providing your services.

The volume doesn't go that loud it's doesn't announce the number or name of incoming call. Also people tell me that I sound far away from the phone.

When I first purchased the M95 in January it worked great. It paired easily with my iPhone 7 and performed well. Had I done the review then, it would probably be a 4 or 5 star product - In my opinion. Then I upgraded my phone to the new iPhone SE (2nd generation) earlier this month (May). The Bluetooth now constantly cycles through connecting and disconnecting. Almost endlessly it says “Power on. Phone 1 connected”, only to follow up with the same statement, just seconds later. Then it will disconnect and announce “No phone is connected.” I reconnect it manually and the process starts all over again after a few minutes. This isn’t to say that it is entirely unusable. If I connect the Bluetooth and immediately make a call, it will stay connected for the call. And it seems to stay connected after I hang up. It’s just not consistent. It’s very frustrating when I’m driving, or otherwise cant reach the phone. If I power it on when I get in my car it will disconnect by itself after a couple of minutes. I googled the problem and found apple discussions about this same problem from iPhone 11 owners, which now seems to also be affecting my new SE. Overall, I’m disappointed with the product and would not recommend it. That said, it may work on your phone depending on the brand and model. I just feel like there should have been some warning about this possibility.

Talking in phone sound quality good. But when I put my map direction on i cant hear through blue tooth unless i keep powering my phone off.

This is a basic Bluetooth. The one thing I like is that it alerts if you are too far away from your phone.
