First bluetooth I've purchased, so I lack a benchmark for comparison. Has fantastic audio quality - have no problems with reception, and recipients of my calls have no issue hearing me. Very pleased with product!

This is by far the best Bluetooth. This is my third one in over 10 yrs. I replaced my lost headset with another brand and went back to this brand. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable Bluetooth.

This bluetooth is clear and does not have any static the only problem I had was that It is so clear I can even hear the background noise on the other end, there is no noise reduction

I have problems with the volume, even at max level for both phone and headset. The unit also constantly needs adjustment to keep from falling off my ear

I like the overall performance. It fits my ear better than others I've tried. It does pick-up quite a bit of interference, which makes it hard to hear and for others to hear me.

Plantonics is a good brand for Bluetooth. The price range I chose is suitable for my needs. It’s lightweight and comfortable and has good clarity. It serves its purpose for me.

Does exactly what I needed it to do. Very easy setup

The on-off buttons and volume control buttons are very small, which makes it difficult with my large size hands/fingers. Overall it works well.

This bluetooth headset worked perfectly to teach an exercise program virtually. I was able to be far enough from the screen so others could see the exercises and hear me clearly.

I was looking for a replacement for my headset and wanted one without a loop going over my ear. My old one was wearing out. This one works fine and seems to filter sounds better, but it doesn't announce the caller even if it's in my phone book. But it's okay. Good buy for the price.

Use for work and it doesn’t disappoint. Connects to both personal and work cell phones easily. Wish it had a more robust sound, but for the money, well worth it.

Although this is my third one, I love it. I have small ears and being able to have a piece that goes around my ear to keep the earpiece in place is helpful. You cannot wear it for long periods of time because it will cause your ear to hurt, but what earpiece doesn't?

The sound quality was very good. The problem was the ear piece didn't not fit in my ear. The system didn't offer adjustable ear piece either.

Purchased to replace previous one that lasted almost 1 year. 3 more weeks with this one and see if it lasts. If not maybe time to try a different name brand

Volume and clarity are excellent. Using it with 2 phones sometimes works without a glitch. However, it doesn't switch with the media on the second phone to trying to access media.
