This is a slightly different than other blue tooths that I have had so it takes a little getting used to. I'm still trying to figure out some of the quirks.

It's a brand new coming out from the box, BUT my new bluetooth headset has a hissing sound when I make and receive a call.

This product is my favorite one. I’ve used other ones but they just don’t seem to do justice like this one does. 10/10 recommend anyone to try this and I guarantee you’ll fall in love with it

Nose cancelling non-existent with a quick battery life. Distortion from time to time with callers voices but other than that, its getting the job done.

I think Plantronics' bluetooths are pretty reliable. I bought other brands that literally lasted just a few months.My Plantronics M80 was reliable for several years, and I think I will be equally pleased with the M95. I would definitely recommend Plantronics' bluetooths.

Voice talks you through the setup process. The microphone picks up sounds from all around, so not recommended for use in noisy environments.

if you just want a cheap headset. this thing sounds like you are under water and you can't turn the volumn down so everyone can hear your person on the phone. it's ok to a point.

Comes in handy when ur bored, because u can listen to music and no one will know. Has saved my life from boredom at work. Just wish it would come with cushions to switch out.

This is an okay product when using for short term....ears begin to hurt after awhile for long term use.....it says 11 hrs but it depends on the use of the product

Best of any headset I've used. Perfect match for Samsung phones especially my Galaxy s8. I love the feature that tells how much talk time you have left when you turn it on. Quick charge for 11 hrs which is more the most. Exceptional buy for the price.

I bought this based on reveiws.However people can never hear me a lot of buzzing and garbled. ..I will be changing it out soon.

I bought this headset to make my ancient cellphone hands off when I went to the grocery store, and called my wife for advice. It has worked very well for this purpose, and she and I are satisfied with its performance.

worked fine with my newer phone but when I tried to pair it with an older phone the phone would not recognize it. Probably too new for an older model phone

Great product. If it stands up to the pressure I put it through than it’s a keeper. I won’t go into details let’s just say it’s tough.

This is a decent Bluetooth headset for a great price. I hear other great, but others hear a lot of ambient noise from my side.

The sound is better than other Bluetooth units. However, the earpiece insert is too large for me making extended use painful.

This one piece headset works great if you're always on the go. There isn't much background noise cancellation, other than that it's great for the type of work I do.

I bought this for my dad since he needs a hands free device while he works. He had no problems setting it up. We can hear him clearly when he calls and the volume is great on both ends. His only complaint is that the chimes aren’t repetitive and it’s sometimes difficult to tell when you’re getting a call; take this with a grain of salt (his workplace is loud). Overall it does it’s job for a solid price.

Very good for the price, the clear piece that wraps around your ear can get a little sore after wearing it all day. This is my second one and a good value.

I didn't actually look at the reviews for this product, but the Best Buy salesman said first, "you get what you pay for" with headsets, then he said "this cheaper one has reviews that are just as good as the more expensive one". Silly me for listening to him and buying the cheaper one. This has really poor sound quality. People can't hear me well on the other end. Keeps breaking up. Looks like a waste as now I have to buy one that works. I won't be buying it based on any advice from a Best Buy salesman.
