i enjoy this product it has good reception and i can hear the other party clearly. I would recommend this product and have to friends who have purchased this product.

I've tried a few Plantronics headsets and just can't get past the sound quality. They're all very thin, tinny, and piercing. That said, I think that could be very good for someone that may have some hearing loss. The other problem with this one is very poor noise handling. People on the other end complained about background noise. Build quality seemed good but didn't keep it long enough to know for sure.

For the price it works well. Not as good as some the higher priced ones I've used. But at least when my dog chews it up I'm not out a hundred bucks this time.

Works ok but does not recognize my phone on its own. I have to push the button on it then it will get the signal.

Works very well, especially for the price. The soft gel material that holds it in your ear however makes my ear hurt. Odd reaction I would say

My first blue tooth with my cell phone is awesome. I can talk hands free. I can receive calls at thr right volume...It lets me know my charging hours left before recharging Thanks

Easier on your ear. Sometimes you forget you have it in your ear. One of the surprising accidental features is when I walk off and forget by phone the ear piece disconnects which is a way I know I left my phone.

Good quality Bluetooth headset I am a big hands-free user is headset works out perfectly very clear audio in my ear and the parties who I talk to tell me that the audio is crystal clear on their end.

It's a great Bluetooth, that has great reception & I love that it plays what I'm listening to so I don't need earbuds anymore.

Couldn't locate my (the above) bluetooth headset around our home & found out from husband that our puppy chewed up the headset 2 days ago so husband threw in trash without my knowledged. I'm very upset. How do I seek replacement with my 2 year warranty plan?

I have tried other brands of blue tooth ear pieces and always go back to Plantronics. They make a good product at a reasonable price.

I owned the Plantronics M55 before and I absolutely loved it but this one does not have a snug fit in my ear and I'm constantly pushing it back in before it falls out.

Excellent overall. However would be nice if it could tell you the name and or number of whom is calling (if available) - Jabre does this.

Very comfortable Bluetooth headset. Connects easily. Controls are easy to use. My only complaint is the sound. Would prefer it to be louder.

I needed the plastic piece that goes over the ear since mine broke. The only way I could get the item was to buy a $55. replacement. I have not used the new item that I purchased because my old Bluetooth works fine. I took the plastic piece off the new Bluetooth and put on my old Bluetooth. Best Buy needs to carry some replacement parts. The new plastic piece I would guess will also break. It is a weak feature of this particular Bluetooth.

I've never liked ear piece bluetooths before because they just weren't comfortable and I would have to sync them each time I turned them on. This device has an on/off switch which makes it easy to use. I barely know it's on my ear with its comfortable fit

I had higher expectations based on reviews I rad during a "market search" I did . I use it "off work" only , due to the rough conditions of my work .I noticed that while using this bluetooth headset in a noisy surroundings with an "eco effect" or "background noise" such as : in a mall , by the sea , in a busy street , etc. the person on the other end of the line have a serious problem hearing and understanding me . Talking loud and clear doesn't help much . Not what I expected , disappointed.

I already had PL-M55 model which I used used for almost more than 2 years but it went bad due to getting wet in rain. So I had to buy new one and given the experience I had I bought this PL-M90 and it works like a charm.

It's advertised as and M95 but it's actually an M90 in the Box. Outside or that the earpiece is best out there!

Tried several others and found them lacking. This has the best continuous connection but still drops from time to time. Still good for the price.
