This was purchased 10 days ago and has started to lose connection with my iPhone and has to restarted every 15 to 20 mins. It was playing music, etc. without issues but that has become a problem as of today. I will be returning it. Note, my previous Plantronics headset served me well for many years. I believe the issues with this one is an isolated problem.

The Plantronics M95 is not bad at all. I am used to using the PLT50. I purchased this one because I was not able to find the PLT50. Overall it is a great product!

Once again my mom she went threw a lot of ear pieces, but this one lasted a long time. By the second year that’s when it started to mess up

Ordered as replacement for the one I lost, had it for years. This is an excellent product and Best Buy is the only place I found it!!!

The sound is great, however it's hard to get on your ear. I tends to fall off of your ear easily.

Works great. I have small ear canals so it is a little big for me but not to bad. I can still use it. Just have to give my ear a break after a while.

I like the product and the service. I will be going back to Best Buy for our next purchase. Dan

I have owned several through the years, this one by far is the best. Clarity is unmatched. The only time I have issues is with wind noise when driving with the top down as to be expected. Still my favorite

I have owned 4 of these Bluetooth model M95. They are Great. Can pair Ipod, then Phone, listen 2 Ipod, when a call comes in the music is paused, for phone can, then Ipod will start back once phone call is over.

My job entails being able to multitask on a computer and phone so this product allows me to keep my hands free and I can walk around the office bldg without carrying phone and still be able to conduct business.

Got this for hands free work. For the price it gets the job done. I dont have to handle my phone.

Bought this as a gift for my wife who wanted something simply not to hard to work fits her well.

The best one I have found since Bose stop making the small ones. Usually the part that goes around your ear is kind of weak, this one is great.

Feels better on ear compared to more expensive option and you won't feel so bad if you misplace it or it stops working.

This was the one I had before i tried the other one which was uncomfortable and had a hard time keeping it on my ear and ended up loosing it at the St Patrick parade. This Plantronics Blue Tooth is comfortable, good reception and voice

its a 4 because you can't get 20ft away without it disconnecting from the phone i had Motorola do the same thing otherwise its great

I am an avid Bluetooth fan and this is a winner. I am absolutely impressed with this product. The earpiece could be a little softer plastic as it is uncomfortable after extended use. Still recommend it - microphone is incredible. Price point - great value

Really like. The part the goes in your ear is to large and does not adjust, so after about 1 hour of wearing it my inter ear hurts and is sore.

I had difficulty getting the reverb to disappear, even though I adjusted the volume several times.

This causes such a problem because its so comfortable my husband always wears it. Sometimes take a shower with it because he feels like its apart of him and forgets to take it out.
