For comfort it is one if the better Bluetooth's I've bought but as far as people complaiNing when I call them, they say it's the worst.

Please try using a different size of ear gel in order to have a secure fit. The unit includes a Medium size ear gel but you should find a Large or Small one with the following part numbers: Large 201955-03 and Small 201955-01. You might also want to test it with the additional ear loop and hopefully the ear piece will stay in place. This is about the 3rd one I have owned and only reason replaced the last one is battery became weaker after 2 years old.

Posted .We recommend that you ensure your phone and headset volumes are set to high while listening to media and during calls to ensure you get the maximum volume from your headset's speaker.
If you're still having trouble increasing the volume you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset by following these steps:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if its on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
