This is the first one that I can hear all the background noise. My husband wears it on his job which is a loud worksite. Even if he is not near the work in progress I can hear what is going on. After reading the reviews we may have a defective model. I'm going to suggest he contact Plantronics.

Sadly for some reason this specific item has lower it's quality. Not only on the look of the item but also in the quality of tech. I lost connection if I move a few feet away or not in front of it. Over all bad. The only reason for the 3 stars is because it's the first time I've encounter this issues in this brand.

In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.
If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our M95, we recommend that you try adjusting the gel earpiece's angle in order to make it fit more securely in your ear without hanging. You can also use the included over the ear earloop to make the headset stay securely on your ear.
