If trying to hear outside, I have difficulty hearing, if I'm in an enclosed space, I can hear much better. I prefer the Motorola H720 better. Unfortunately, they d9 not sell the Motorola anymore.

To find a better fit please be sure to test other sizes of ear gels. The M95 comes with the medium size pre-installed. Also using the optional ear loop should provide you a better and secure fit, and should increase the volume on your ear.
To troubleshoot audio issues if you have already increased the volume on your phone and headset through the volume button, please try resetting the Bluetooth connection: https://goo.gl/mGekbb. Please note all of our headsets meet and exceed OSHA standard regulations/requirements. None of our headsets exceed 118dBA

Because We kept hearing a chirping sound Finally he returned his and purchased a pair of Air Pods.
