He did not even want to open the box once he saw that feature was missing. I told him to try it out anyway , only to find he had problem hearing me as I did him. Will be returning.

Was able to connect it to my laptop and cell phone. Very clear sound. After a few days the microphone quit working. This was my 2nd one and both had the same issue.

To isolate the cause of the issue, please verify if the issue happens when the earpiece is paired to a single device. We must mention that the M95 is compatible with any cell phone and tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. yet when paired to a laptop, it may not provide the same performance. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you get the same results even when the earpiece is paired to two cell phones, then there might be an actual issue with the unit. It worked great until I got on the highway then was still not loud enough to overpower the noise. I would recommend it if you have a quieter vehicle or will be using it in a quieter environment.

It works perfect from my side of conversations but multiple people on the other end of the conversation have complained about strange background nosies (possibly from the noise cancellation feature).

Audio issues with Bluetooth headsets can be caused by a bad connection with your mobile or an actual problem with the headset. You may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you hear "pairing". 4) Access your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_M95". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful". You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. I often find myself shouting into it in order to get it to dial the number I'm looking for. Overall, it's a good model for the price, but if you need consistency, look for a different model.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. It is fine if you are just listening, but that is only okay if you are listening to an audio book etc. So I would look to a better headset if you want to have happy listeners.
