I would recommend this to my friends but now I am very disappointed. I purchased one for my friend and myself. I didn't use mine until November and now it won't work. I am so spoiled by using a headset and now not to have the use of it is bothersome. Especially since it wasn't just some random cheap headset. The one I purchased for my friend still works but it is not her favorite as she stays the volume adjustment is a problem and she doesn't like the fit that much. Be sure to get the extended warranty. 6 months old and done. Learn from my mistake.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.

In case the headset is too uncomfortable to wear, regardless of the ear tip's angle or the ear you're wearing the headset we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style.
