    This was a gift and I had one before so I had a tremendous love for this headset. I would recommend this to my friends but now I am very disappointed. I purchased one for my friend and myself. I didn't use mine until November and now it won't work. I am so spoiled by using a headset and now not to have the use of it is bothersome. Especially since it wasn't just some random cheap headset. The one I purchased for my friend still works but it is not her favorite as she stays the volume adjustment is a problem and she doesn't like the fit that much. Be sure to get the extended warranty. 6 months old and done. Learn from my mistake.

    have had this same bluetooth for years. Every once in a while, I lose it or accidentally wash it. Hope they don't discontinue it
