Makes the back of my ear sore. I guess you have to get use to it. Best for use in an office or home without a lot of noise.

Listeners frequently report they can't hear me when I speak fast, so i have to switch back to speaker. To be fair, I am not sure if the problem is the cellphone or the bluetooth.
