    ear piece really hurts couldn't use it long enough to enjoy it don't even know how the audio quality is from they used to come with multiple ear pieces but now you have to buy it

    Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It always connects with the phone but I can't always hear the caller (about 1 in 5 calls). When I can hear the caller, there is a fair amount of static.
