I've been told that I sound like I'm in a tunnel, far away, or it has static. I thought the device was bad so I returned it and they sent a new one right away. The customer service was great! I've received the same feedback on the replacement one. Even though this one was a bit more money than the other models I should have paid the extra and gotten another model that was a step or two up. I was told this one was noise cancelling but when driving there's too much road noise and people can't hear me very well. Right now I mainly use it as a headset to listen to music, etc.
