If you are experiencing any difficulties to connect to a phone please make sure the unit is in pairing mode. A headset pairs automatically when taken out of the box but when pairing to a new device or if you have to re-pair it to your phone, it is necessary to set the earpiece manually. To do so: Press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the indicator light on the earpiece flashes red and blue repeatedly, then go to settings>Bluetooth on your phone and you should see the PLT_M95 listed as an available device.
