i lost my previous plantronics with the same item. It fits comfortably, holds a charge for several days, easy to use and sound is very clear

Bought this as a gift for a family member who’s teleworking from home and having to answer a lot of calls. They like how it’s easy to pair with your phone, the big button to connect/disconnect, and the battery charge works well for at least a full 8-hr day right now. The only complaint I’ve heard is that it hurts the ear after multiple hours of use. Not sure if that’s just normal or if it’s because of their tiny ears.

Good function overall as a phone headset; distance from phone is better than previous Plantronics headsets I've owned. Podcast and music playback is good as well, however, except for volume, the controls don't work for podcast functions... have to use the controls on the phone itself (Samsung Note5) to Pause or Advance; would liked to have seen these basic operational controls available.

This plantronics bluetooth ear piece was on sale and I thought, I'll try it. It offers good sound quality, though it only offers one plastic piece to fit inside the ear. At times, it is uncomfortable. I don't wear it for long stretches of time, so it is bearable. The upside is it has an 11 hour talk time, which requires less recharging.

I decided to go back to a simple bluetooth to use in the car. I just personally think its safer to use than ear buds while driving. Great sound quality for me and people I speak with say there is not much background noise. Definitely serves the purpose...

Can use with or without the over the ear clip. Clear, crisp sound. Easy to setup. Battery charges quickly. Would buy it again.

Currently while at work I have a nice Jabra headset that I love (much more expensive) ... However I bought this for when I'm not in the office and on the go or working from home. This does exactly what I need it to! I have held multiple conference calls using this device and the sound quality is really good, it easily connects to my cellphone, and the microphone seems to work great as well. I have a phone with HD Voice and this headset is compatible with it, so it's clear as ever. Love it for the price and very easy to setup and use.

Comfort fit, good sound quality but the microphone tends to pick up a lot of outside noise and your voice gets drowned out . In a truck driver setting this is perfect just don’t expect to hear if them if they go in a truck stop.

Love my new Plantronics - M95 blue tooth headset. It was a necessary replacement for my previous Plantronic headset. My poodle puppy decided to taste it and broke the headset. She was so happy with herself until she got in trouble.

Great blue tooth for just about anything. I use it primarily in the car, but what's great about it is the ability to play my music too. I use my GPS alot and the sound plays right into it even during a call. Battery life is much better than anticipated. My only complaint is that if my phone is in my back left pocket but the earpiece is in my right ear, the sound cuts in and out every so often. Other than that I enjoy it. Definitely worth buying for a moderately priced earpiece

This is by far a great product. The only thing I would change is to have changeable ear sets. I have a very small ear and if I have to wear it a long time, it does start to hurt. Maybe foam cushioning covers. But it does work extremely well. Sound is great.

Despite the inferior audio quality -volume to be more specific- compared with Jabra Classic which is on the same range of price, is a great product looking for the relation cost/benefit. Comfortable, small, easy to pair and easy to use. Unfortunately my priority is volume qualify cuz I work as a truck driver and the Jabra Classic overmatched the Plantronic in this criteria.

My boyfriend drives for a living so I bought this to avoid cell phone tickets. It's a good value for the price I paid & he likes it. It took a couple weeks to get used to it being on his ear, but it doesn't bother him at all now. The only thing I don't like about it is that it picks up some background noise but I can still hear him pretty well. We're happy with this purchase.

People hear me better on this one than the $100+ ones I’ve bought in the past! Bluetooth earpieces to me are disposable after a years worth of 7 day a week use. I’ve had $95 ones drop off my ear and into a toilet once. It won’t happen with this one I’m willing to bet due to the earpiece holding design! BTW this is only my third one in 10 years, as opposed to the other ones.

The sound is great and it easy to use and it charge real fast 11 hours of talk time

I bought this for my dad for Christmas. When I picked it up from the store it looked so small! I was concerned it wouldn't fit his ear, but it turned out to be a perfect fit. It holds tightly but comfortably. Dad says he almost forgets it's there.

This bluetooth is super easy to use and reliable. I have never had a problem and have been using mine for 6 months. I bought this particular one for my husband who previously had a cheaper brand and it was not as easy to use. So glad we switched!
