Returned and purchased different headset

My customers complained about hearing their own voice echoing back to their phone. Had to turn the ear volume to almost lowest setting to get the echo stopped. Other complaint was hearing voices of co-workers seated near me (over 6ft away) nearly as loud as my voice. Returned to Best Buy and purchased a different set which is working out much better.

It is important to point out that the earpiece is mainly designed for cell phones and tablets. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. Uncomfortable inside ear

Not very good quality

The price was relatively high, so we thought it will be a good quality. This bluetooth headset has very poor quality. It is ok when you listening to audio but during a phone call it makes an annoying noise. We bought 2 but they were making the same noise during phone calls, very annoying. We couldn't return it because we trashed the boxes.

Please rest assured that we take the quality of our products very seriously, and scenarios like these are very unlikely. To troubleshoot audio issues, reset the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the earpiece. To do so: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. To set the earpiece in pairing mode, press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds, until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. You might also want to reset the Network settings on your phone. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different phone, at different locations, and while it is paired to a single Bluetooth device is ideal to determine the cause of the issue. If you still get the same results, then most likely the unit's have an actual problem and it is best to replace them.
