    It's okay. Not what I wanted but will manage as long as it keeps my hands off my phone especially during driving. I'm still looking for a replacement.

    I am able to hear the person on the phone, but when they are talking are hearing the words they are saying like an echo.

      Hi Lucie and thank you for your review on our M95 headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. If people are experiencing some echo when you are using the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_M95". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to test the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.     Plantronics is one of my favorite Bluetooth. However, this one kept disconnecting and turning off.

    I love how this piece fits over my ear compared to my Voyager 5220, but it allows way too much background noise through phone calls.

    Most of the time I have to turn it off and back on again to have a clear connection. Not as good as I was expecting from this brand.

    Save yourself a headache

    Plantronics , where are you in a can ? I purchased this headset as a replacement for an older version that was having feedback issues. This new model headset has the same issues. Personally, I do not like trying to talk to someone and all you get is an echo feedback or a squeal. I will be returning this headset and start looking for another brand.

    I cant do everything I wanted to do with it without running it through Dragon instead of S-voice. Dont use it much because im still not hands-free.

    Can't get it to stay connected

    I'm not sure if it's my iPhone or the Bluetooth. It hangs up my phone. It disconnects then reconnects. Then I can't get my phone to clear.
