Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. In order to improve the unit's fit you might want to try wearing it on your other ear and also slightly adjusting the gel eartip's angle slightly higher or lower to see if this helps the issue. This headset model does not feature the caller announce feature, at the moment only our Voyager series headsets include this feature.

This one however has had the shortest time of useful service as people on the other line would complain of echoes to where they couldn't hear me intelligibly. I had to stop using it almost immediately after purchase.

Works good, easy to use

I bought this model because it seemed to be the upgrade to the model I had for over 4 years and I loved. The earpiece was molded and very comfortable. I should have returned, but did not have time. I asked the salesperson if they had any plug covers that might work better, but she said she bought the same one for her mother and had to cut it too. WTH?
