Customers are saying

Customers praise the M95 Bluetooth Headset's sound quality, battery life, and ease of use. Many also appreciate its comfortable fit and the long talk time it provides. While some users found the maximum volume insufficient, and occasional connection issues were reported, the positive feedback on other features outweighs these concerns. The headset is also frequently cited as lightweight and affordable.

Our M95 should provide you with up to 11 hours of talk time on a full charge. If you're getting considerably lower talk time you might want to try fully draining and recharging your headset's battery a couple of times using another cable and charger to see if this helps the issue. Our customer care group is ready to assist you at www.plantronics.com/support if you have any questions! Plantronics

Hello and thank you for your honest feedback on our M95 earpiece; However, we're sorry to hear you were not able to find a comfortable fit. The ear tips are designed to fit over 90% of ears. You can rotate them to fit the shape of your ears and a flexible stabilizer helps to ensure they stay snug. You might also try the optional ear loop for a more secure fit. We strongly recommend you to try other sizes of ear tips available as the earpiece comes with a medium size ear tip. Changing the size of the ear tip should also improve the volume on the earpiece. You should be able to find a set of ear tips with the following part number: 201955-02. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your comments will be forwarded to our team for review and consideration. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-888-363-0726 plantronics

Thank you for your honest review on our M95, we are sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your unit.

In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.

If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance. Plantronics

Thank you for your honest review on our M95 Headset. We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with your unit. In order to troubleshoot audio issues, you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection. To do so: Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Lastly, re-pair the headset with your phone. Testing your headset with a different phone and at different locations is ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. If you still get the same results, then most likely the unit has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Please note this unit has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. Thank you for your comments. We will forward them to our team for review and consideration. These used to be great until a couple of years ago until a Mexican company bought them. And they've definitely cut corners and quality. It's very unfortunate. All of their responses are fake. They know they've ruined a good product. The new ones are not as comfortable in the ear, they're not holding the charge for as long as the old ones and they're creating too much echo and poor sound quality. Fake plantronic company do not even bother answering me with your resetting etc solutions. Bring back the quality original m95

Absolutely horrible headset. Do not buy! I’ve always used plantronic earpiece headsets and bought this not thinking it would be any different. I can’t even use it because anytime I’m on the phone with someone else the other person hears their own voice echoing. Not sure if this headset lacks noise cancellation or what but it makes it unusable. I’ve tried re-pairing it to the phone, restarting my phone, lowering the volume as low as it will go (which makes it to where I can’t hear the other caller.) Nothing works. Went back to my old plantronic headset even though the battery doesn’t last long anymore until I find another option.

I purchased this headset based on the good reviews and two other Plantronics bluetooth headsets that I own (the Explorer 50 and the M50, which are no longer produced, unfortunately, which is why I went with this one). So far, I have had TWO phone conversations on it with two different people, both of whom have told me they hear their echo quite badly. I tried following the instructions that the manufacturer left in other reviews, where they said to adjust the volume to eliminate the echo, but nothing helped. This is going back, what a disappointment. To say anything good about this item, it paired very quickly with my phone.
