Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review! While the M95 has a good volume level, because it is a one-ear headset the levels of noise it can reduce are limited. We would recommend something that covers both ears like the Voyager Focus UC, for times when noise reduction and clarity are needed! Just ok bluetooth

Posted .You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so; Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test. If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Ok bluetooth

Please try using a different size of ear tip for a more secure and comfortable fit. The M95 includes a medium size ear tip, but you could try the small (PN: 201955-01) or the Large one (201955-03). Disconnecting
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First let me say that I absolutely love the clarity of this bluetooth and the comfortable soft, slicone, ear piece, and over the ear loop. I've been using this brand for years because of these features and have never had problem until recently. Now for the problem and the reason for the 1-star rating. I purchased this model on May 20, 2021. The package is labled M95 but it displays on my phone as a M90 and it stopped working 10 months after purchase; but before it stopped working, it kept disconnecting. I didn't think to return it; I just bought another one.

If you are experiencing audio or connectivity issues, we recommend resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile by unpairing and re-pairing the headset. We also recommend testing the headset with a different mobile phone to see where the issue is coming from. If for some reason the issue persists, then it will be best to replace this headset. Remember this unit does have a limited warranty from the date of purchase and you can request a replacement directly through our official website. Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review on our M95 Headset; We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with your unit. In order to find a more comfortable fit, please try using a different size of ear tip. This model comes with a medium size ear gel, perhaps a large or small size is a better option for you. You should be able to find a set of ear gels with the following part number 201955-02. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all. In order to troubleshoot connection issues, please try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your phone. To do so: Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Re-pair the headset with your phone. Testing your headset with a different phone is also ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. If you still get the same results, even after performing the previous tests, then most likely there's a problem with the unit and it is best to replace it. Audio issues can be caused by a bad connection with your mobile or an actual problem with the headset. You may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you hear "pairing." 4) Access your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_M95". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. Please don't hesitate to to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 if you require assistance.

BAD Earpiece Plantronics -M95

Purchased Sep 30, 2021 and didn't have a chance to use until a couple of weeks later. Every person I called asked me to call them back or stop using the earpiece. So I dug up my receipt to return and to my surprise, the return period ended October 22, 2021. So if you still decide to purchase, make sure you test them out immediately. I have had the Plantronics- M165 and M180 with no issues and used them for many years, Unfortunately, I lost the M180 and I just recently dropped and stepped on the M165. I would love to have either of those back. Also, as I looked at the back of the earpiece it says PLT-M70 but I thought the purchase was for PLT-M95. Weird!!!
