Bad Echo

Whenever I used it the person I was talking to would complain of an echo. I eventually had to return it.

To re-pair the earpiece, remember to set it on pair mode manually by pressing and holding the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. Then go to Bluetooth settings on your phone and select it. Also, testing the earpiece with a different cell phone model and while it is paired with a single Bluetooth device is also ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. If you still get the same issue after performing these tests, then the earpiece might have an actual problem related to hardware and it is best to replace it. Doesn’t work if you have an iPhone with iOS 13.

Only way to get it to reconnect is to turn the earpiece off and back on again. Spent an hour on the phone with Apple and we found this link. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250748196 After calling Plantronics they mentioned it was a known issue and there was no way to fix. Returning this product.

Please note the M95 is compatible with any mobile phone that supports Bluetooth headsets. Bluetooth technology is backwards compatible, hence the Bluetooth version shouldn't affect the performance of the headset. We've heard from other customers complaining about connection issues with iOS 13, but this issue encompasses other Bluetooth headsets from different brands. If the earpiece works fine with other model of headsets or lower versions of iOS then we can confirm the earpiece works correctly. In any case we thank you for your comments. I really regret this purchase

But the worst thing about this device is the battery life. After fully charging and it will say that it has eleven hours of life but but is dead within two hours.

Took back

I took back the M95 headset because the sound was not to my liking, plus it cut out a few times. I was using with my Gear 2 watch. The quality of sound coming from the watch was better than the M95.

Echoing Noise

If you are experiencing echo with your headset, we recommend lowering the volume, in some cases, if the headset volume is too high, the microphone might pick up the sound from the speaker creating an echo on the far end. You may also want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile by unpairing and re-pairing the headset. Last but not least we always recommend testing the headset with a different mobile phone to see where the issue is coming from. If for some reason the issue remains, then it could be an actual problem with the headset and it will be best to replace it. Remember this unit does have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase and you can request a replacement directly through our official website. Comfortable on the ear and sound is fair

I don't always hear the person on the other side well and when a call comes in it does not say the number that is calling. I am a bit disappointed.

If you are experiencing some issues with the microphone, you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_M90". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. This model of headset doesn't count with the feature of Caller ID. We recommend you to take a look at our Voyager series if you would like a headset with this feature. We also recommend you to reset the network settings to rule out any wireless interference. Lastly, the ideal test to determine where the issue comes from, is to test it with a different phone. If you don't have an android phone, then you could with an older iPhone and older version of iOS. We've seen in the past several issues with Bluetooth devices in general when using iOS and the latest iOS version. If the issue persists after testing with different phones, then most likely the unit has an actual problem. This model counts with a one-year limited warranty. Uncomfortable But Works

Firstly, please try a different micro-USB cable along with a 5-volt wall charger for optimal performance. We would also like to share a few tips to take into consideration when it comes to extending the battery life of our products: Store your headset at room temperature. When batteries are exposed to elevated levels of heat such as inside a hot car, they lose their ability to store energy. If storing your headset for an extended period of time, discharge it to around a 40 to 50 percent charge. Lithium ion oxidizes at its highest rate if the battery is fully charged, which leads to quicker deterioration. Avoid discharging your headset completely or leaving it discharged for extended periods of time. The battery loses the ability to hold a complete charge. If you still get the same results, then the earpiece must have an actual problem and it is best to replace it. This model counts with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Great Battery, not so good reception
