PAINFUL M95 Single Ear Bluetooth

This item has a round piece that goes inside of ear and I personally don't like this product. I have a inner ear blister now, it's so tight that I'm barely able to use due to blister. Very painful!! Wished it had a soft tip like my other one no blister witb last ear Bluetooth.

The headset is designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes. This particular model comes with a medium size ear gel, but there are other sizes available that may provide you a more comfortable fit. You can find these with the following part number: 201955-01 - Spare small ear gel kit (3) and 201955-03 - Spare large ear gel kit (3), ear loop. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Awful Sound Quality

I paired the first one and I constantly could myself speak in a feedback loop. I unpaired it and then paired it to my wife's phone to make sure it wasn't my phone that was causing the feedback. My wife experienced the same thing. Just to rule out our phones, I paired the second earpiece and there was no feedback but the sound quality was awful. It did not eliminate any background noise like it should have. I would not recommend this earpiece.

Hears outside boise

Horrible earpiece!

It was NOT worth the money whatsoever. When using it, the feedback was so unbearable I just could not use it. I could hear the person I was talking to fine but I could also hear the background noise almost more than the person themselves, but I could also hear myself echo when I talked and it was so frustrating! I would NOT recommend this product at all. Would actually give it "0" stars.

This model counts with a noise-canceling microphone that reduces background noise. To troubleshoot audio issues, please reset the Bluetooth connection between your cell phone and the earpiece. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. To set the earpiece in pairing mode, press and hold the call button for 6-8 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different cell phone and while it is paired to a single Bluetooth device is ideal to determine the cause of the issue. If you still get the same audio issues, then the earpiece must have an actual problem and it is best to replace it. This model counts with a one-year limited warranty. the sound isn't as good as i had hoped

2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone.
If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test. If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. Regarding the volume of the speaker, please make sure you have increased the volume on both the earpiece and your phone for a better experience. Does Not Cancel Out Background Noise

This particular model has let me down though. I can hear people just fine during a conversion, however, whomever I'm talking to complains about an echo on the line. VERY disappointed!

Had an echo
