Sound clarity on calls is good on both ends. Voices are clear on both sides. It effectively removed the wind noise while I was driving with the window down. The person I was talking to couldn't tell when I had the window down or up. I'm disappointed that the unit's sound is a little tinny and lacks bass. My previous unit (an M55) was much better in this regard making it much more enjoyable to listen to podcasts and music and slightly easier to hear people. Overall, it's a nice mid-priced headset for infrequent phone calls.

I purchased this so I could listen to my music hands free when I'm not on a call. The sound quality is great and the range is also good.

I like this unit, had the m55, now its the m95. The charger has a wire that is less than 3'. Do dumb and unusable! Also the charging light on the earpiece is so small its hard to see. Sound quality is good and its as comfortable as all the platronics units are. good for the price.

I bought this for my dad since he has his own business. He runs around a lot and needed something lightweight and easy to use. It's also discreet! He likes it a lot. It was pretty easy to set up, especially for an old timer like him. Overall, good buy for the price. Hope it lasts a long time.

Very convenient thing. Easy to manage. Convenient in the ear, sometimes you forget about it. Full charge is enough for 11 hours of conversation. Stably works at a distance of up to 30 fits.

I got this a few years back. No issues whatsoever with it. It automatically connects when my phone has Bluetooth on and in range. I charge it maybe every 5-6 months('m not a huge user but it does have 11 hours of battery time). Crisp and clear audio.

This is a very good quality Bluetooth. This is my second purchase of the same brand & model. The first one I purchased was about 5 years ago. The on/off part broke recently & I believe this was just normal wear & tear after using this device daily. I am very, very satisfied with this Bluetooth and that’s why I purchased it again. The only drawback is price in which after 5 years & production of newer Plantronics models, I thought there would at least be a price reduction but it sells for the exact same price as what it sold for back then.

I read reviews before purchasing this headset. In the beginning, it did give 11 hours but just 3 weeks later the battery life was around 9 hours or so. However, my main intention was to get a headset through which people could hear me well. Unfortunately, even in the slightest noise (example, some people softly talking near me whose conversations our mind can ignore while working), the recipient of my call could not hear me well at all as they were distracted by other people's noise. It was very embarrassing for me as I was in an official call and thought the headset would isolate my voice from others. I wish I could return it, but it was too late when I discovered the noise isolation situation. Would recommend readers to put few dollars more and get a better set. I had to buy a higher end one for my office use. Bad product.

It is a nice simple to use headset. The range is nice. The earhook could perhaps be more comfy.

This is a great device to use for having conversations while you need to drive, wash dishes, etc. My only complaint was that its so small and I lost it by accident. This is not the company's fault but mine alone. Just be careful where you put this down, and make sure you don't lose it! I had to buy a new one after about a year. I will try hard to keep it safe.
