    I had purchased this Bluetooth set for my boyfriend for a birthday present as he is a truck driver and needs to have a hands free device while working. He absolute loves it, call volume is great even in his noisy semi-truck. The only issue is the amount of background noise that is picked up depending on the area he is in. Otherwise the product is great.

    It is good for listening to music or any media from the phone, but sometimes the voice is more clear without it during telephonic conversation. I am still giving 4 for the price, multiple uses and not so bad voice quality.

    This works fine and pairs with my iPhone easily. The earpiece does bother me a bit after a while. I do have big ears though. People say they can hear me fine. The audio is a bit "hollow" but I can still hear people ok.

    Only has the large ear bud

    All the other plantronic headsets I've purchased - including this one in the past - came with three earbud - small, medium, and large. This one only came with the large earbud. Unless you have a huge ear canal, it will be very uncomfortable.

    Quite often the person I'm talking to tells me they can't hear / or understand me while i use this headset, i hear them just fine , I hang up and call them back and then typically the sound is fine , could be my samsung phone or verizon , but I did not experience this with my prior Plantronic BT headset,

    I purchased this headset and it gives a terrible background noise. We replaced other and the 2nd one began to do the same thing after a day.

      That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,

      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test. Plantronics

    Stop charging 3 days old .

    I was happy but for the way the ear piece (rubber loop in the ear) at first . Then 3 days into owning this product ,it stopped charging :(

    Worked well with one phone only

    I bought this for my husband and the first time he used it (at the house) it paired up fine with his iPhone 5. Tried to sync to his iPhone 4 (before and after iOS 9 update) but it will not sync. So tried to sync with my iPhone 6 and it won't sync with it either. Not sure what the problem might be. Purchased due to great reviews.

      You will need to place the headset in pairing mode in order to pair it with another phone. To do so, power the headset on and then press and hold the call control button for ~7 seconds until the LED alternates red/blue.     Wouldn't charge or Power On

    I've owned Plantronics bluetooths before, and they were pretty awesome. Lasted me for years. This time around...not so much. It wouldn't even power on. I plugged in and the red light came and stayed on during the entire process. Then I went to connect to my phone it kept saying Device not working properly, please try again. I obviously got dud.

      Hi Nettie and thank you for taking the time to share your honest review on our M95; Though we're very sorry to hear this has been your experience. The life span of the product depends on the usage but on the vast majority of cases they last for way past their warranty period.To troubleshoot battery issues, try a different micro-USB cable along with a 5-volt wall charger for optimal performance. We also have a few tips to take into account in order to extend the battery life of our products: https://bit.ly/35IMed5. If you're getting an error message when trying to pair, resetting the connection should fix it. To do so, please unpair/delete your headset from Bluetooth devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Lastly, re-pair the earpiece by setting it on pair mode. Press and hold the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly, then select the M95 under Bluetooth settings on your cell phone. If you still experience the same results after following the previous steps, then there might be a problem with the unit and it is best to replace it.     EXTREMELY uncomfortable; very poor sound quality. Maybe I got a "lemon", or I have a strange shaped ear. Think my ear's ok...

    Outgoing sound quality bad

    Caller can hear everything around me greatly. Can't hear me speak. I have a loud booming voice. No reason they can't hear me.

    Only worked for a few weeks

    Purchased this product in early February of 2019. Worked fine for a couple of weeks and then people started complaining about the transmission quality. Sounds fine on my end. People on the other end complaint about static and screeching sounds. Unusable. Best Buy return policy is 15 days. Not worth the effort to send it back to Plantronics. Complete waste of time and money. Don't bother.

    Too noisy on calls

    This headset is nice but the background noise on the other end is so loud that the person on the other end of the call can not tolerate you being in a room with any background noise at all, it is amplified and sometime a very high pitched disturbing sound. I got it today and plan to return it tomorrow because I would not be able to use it for work and I spend most of the time working on the phone.

    First time user of Plantronics - M95 Bluetooth

    Callers complain about hearing background noises more than my voice. When caller speaks...I hear some type of rattling. Sounds like something isn't connected well within the device. Should have option of different size plastic pieces that fit inside the ear to accommodate different size ears. Device doesn't fit ear well. Have to position device in way that eventually cause pain to keep from falling out of ear. Device will be returned.
