I have purchased this item three times. I lost one after a few years, Then I had the next one several years before I ran it through the wash. I have been so happy with this Plantronics-M95 Bluetooth, I've purchased a third one. I love this product and am happy it has not been replace. It is reasonably priced. The battery holds an eleven hour charge time (compared to most 7 hours) and will do so, for many days when not in use. It tells me who is calling. It allows me to tap to answer, tap to end call. It will read a text message to me, and I can choose an option to reply or not, by voice activation; all hands free. Very easy to use and pair. I like this also, because I do not have to push it into my ear canal, to stay in place. My ear opening is small, so anything IN my ear tends to start hurting after a short time. The rubber hook goes over my ear, and the rubber covered earpiece fits perfect against my ear canal.

The Bluetooth ear piece fits either ear and it's very comfortable,you forget it's there.The on and off switch is easy to access and the volume is on the opposite side with arrows . When I received a call, it was clear, and the party couldn't tell I was even outside. The music comes in clear and pausing is easy. All in all, this Bluetooth is great for the buck.

It was easy set up and use. I liked it but, unfortunately my phone is now not picking it up, but I think it is a phone issue and not the headset.

I had an older model Plantronics that finally died after 5 years. Bought another brand and hated it (lousy volume). Found this one on sale and got it. Sound/volume is excellent and it is comfortable.

Top of the line bluetooth and at a fraction of the cost

I bought it to my wife and she is enjoying it and using it daily! She has told me that it is confortable to wear and very convenient as it can be operated without having the phone too close.

It fits my ear better than the M50. It works pretty well. Sometimes I have trouble if I am around a microwave.

Love this product. Last 11 hrs and clear sound and very easy to use.

Very good device. Picks up my voice in almost any conditions. My old device often would not be clear enough for my iPhone to understand. Rarely occurs with this device. Also, great battery life.

I replaced my previous Plantronics headset (M165, which I misplaced and later found) with this model. The M165 is now my backup. This model is much improved. Still comfortable, excellent sound quality, and 60% longer talk time! I couldn't be more pleased.

This device is pretty easy to use and It works great. Communication during phone calls is clear. Good product.

I definitely love this headset because not many of them give you 11 hours of true talk time but this does! I purchased this 3 times but that is due to my negligence and lack of buying the insurance....The sound is crystal clear and the durability is excellent...My only complaint is that the charging light is hard to see other than that I totally recommend this brand and product!!!

The M95 Bluetooth delivers a clear and rich sound. The M95 is also easy to pair with your phone and is less expensive than other Bluetooth devices. But most of all, it delivers eleven hours of talk time. I am in the car for several hours every day and don't have time to stop and re-charge it for an hour. If you are looking for a reliable communication accessory, this is it.

it works very well. i always ask the other person on the other line how the call sounds and they say very well. good short cuts to use to make you look at your phone less while driving.

Works as advertised. Good call clarity and battery lasts a long time.

Great Bluetooth that works well with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I purchased to replace my Samsung Bluetooth that quit working after 9+ months. When talking, people sound great without any distortion or background noise that is heard on many other devices. You can even use it to hear music & app-games sounds. Standby time on this unit before recharging is excellent. I would definitely recommend to others looking for Bluetooth.

Works great. Not a bad price. Not use to being in the ear instead of on the ear though.

It's not a smart blue tooth but works really well and the charge does really last 11 hours. I use it at work to listen to Pandora and I still get to use it for a few hours after work.

Extended battery life, good sound and compact as can be.
