Voice recognition is really good on speech to text apps, but the noise cancellation while driving isn't so good.

But the ear hooks for this one are a different size. It is not possible to get replacements for these ear hooks; the only replacements that are possible are for the plastic ear inserts. I have been trying to find a comfortable small Bluetooth without success. This one had to be returned because the ear hooks will break and the plastic ear inserts are too uncomfortable to wear. I’m sure the technical capabilities of this Bluetooth are excellent. But unfortunately companies have to realize that they need to provide replacements for their products’ breakable parts or they won’t sell.

Okay, but not great

The sound quality was fine but not all functions work with Jabber...which probably has more to do with Jabber than this device. Couldn't answer calls on the device itself, had to use the Jabber app controls on my computer to accept/end calls. Also, the hold function doesn't work. Following the instructions to hold/mute a call would start/stop music but not put the call on hold or mute the mic. I also found it very difficult when calling a business that had automated voice-prompt answering systems.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear the volume isn't working correctly. That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
