Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought that this was a great headset for my phone until the little clear rubber piece got lost somewhere and now it doesn't fit in my ear at flops all over the place and it's a mess I ended up having to buy a completely different item which I think works a lot better sorry guys but not the best design unless you're just trying to make money off replacements for this little tiny rubber earpiece the sound quality was great though

However for callers who are on the other end this device makes it challenging regarding background noise. It great if background noise is not an issue.
