Loved the first so much.I used it til it died due tome dropping it in the kitchen sink. Easy to use. Hooked to my phone with no problem. Easy to turn on and off while in my ear and to change volume as well.

I would like to pair it with an Ipod touch which I am having difficulty doing. However, I'm slightly techno challenged so its probably me.

This headset model should provide you with up to 11 hours of talk time on a full charge and slightly less when using HD Voice. If you're getting considerably lower talk time please be sure to try fully draining and recharging your unit's battery several times to see if this helps the issue.

Getting it in the right spot sometimes makes the Bluetooth want to fall out of my ear!

He previously had another Plantronics Bluetooth (my old one), but it really was too big for his ear. So I bought him this one and he loves it. It fits his ear well, does not fall off his ear and is clear.
