However, general volume levels are overall low, and even with the filters, the incoming voice or other media volume levels can become challenging during hands free use in areas like shopping malls or restaurants. I keep the M95 at max volume out of necessity.

If you find the volume to be insufficient even at maximum please also ensure that your phone's call volume or media volume are increased, some phones do so automatically when you press the headset's volume buttons but others require you to chance these volume levels manually and you can only do so when streaming audio or while on a call. This has much better voice control (clearer and louder) than my other one. My only issue is I guess I have big ears because the earphone doesn't reach quite all the way into my ear. The over-the-ear loop is not malleable so that I can make it fit better. Other than that, great simple unit.
