This is my favorite Bluetooth. I have tried several other kinds but none are as easy and comfortable as this one by Plantronics.

I had misplaced the last one I had. This is a upgraded model with a longer battery life. If I were smart I should buy another one in case I misplace this one.

I was looking for a new headset because people kept saying I was breaking up on my old one. The new headset has good reception and I can be heard clearly. I do find this model hurts my ear if I leave it in for long periods of time. I work from home and could usually wear my headset all day for convenience - I can't with this model. Works well, but is not as comfortable as I would like.

Easy to use, if lets you now if you are out of range of your phone. I.E. if you put it down and walk away and our out of range it lets you know

I use this in very noisy environments and the sound quality is still good. It also blocks a lot of background noise. The people on the other end of the call can still hear me well.

My mom asked me to get one of these for her so she can get calls whenever she is without any hassle. So far so good with her! Very useful!

It hurts my ear after wearing it for a while and my husband says he has an "echo" when talking to me when I wear it---hears himself talking. I was hoping it would be better than my other ear piece that has the big piece that goes over my ear since I wear glasses, sometimes wear a headband to hold my hair back and have to wear a mask when I go anywhere but not so sure about it now since it does make my ear hurt even after trying to stretch the ear hook so it's not so tight.

It was for a gift and he says that it works good . He is happy with it.
