Crystal clear calls and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I use it to listen to music and podcasts at work and it works great for that

I use this in very noisy environments and the sound quality is still good. It also blocks a lot of background noise. The people on the other end of the call can still hear me well.

I had misplaced the last one I had. This is a upgraded model with a longer battery life. If I were smart I should buy another one in case I misplace this one.

I was looking for a new headset because people kept saying I was breaking up on my old one. The new headset has good reception and I can be heard clearly. I do find this model hurts my ear if I leave it in for long periods of time. I work from home and could usually wear my headset all day for convenience - I can't with this model. Works well, but is not as comfortable as I would like.

This product works well for a fraction of the price of other brands.

I had one like this before but I misplaced so I bought another one. It works great and sits well in my ear, but I start hearing a beeping sound on it. Maybe I got a bad one. Other than that, it a pretty good bluetooth ear piece.

I love how easy it was to connect to my phone, my only wish is that it was louder.

Easy to use, if lets you now if you are out of range of your phone. I.E. if you put it down and walk away and our out of range it lets you know

It has come a long way in over fifteen years for a hands free wireless cellphone remote. Clear coming and going. Easy to setup and access afterward.

This is my favorite Bluetooth. I have tried several other kinds but none are as easy and comfortable as this one by Plantronics.

It works fine but the range is not very good. If my phone is in a different room if goes in and out and not always able to hear.

I bought this for my husband, who HATED the Motorola Boom he had. He likes this as much as he hated the Boom. It's comfortable, easy to put on, and the sound is good.
