Not so happy with it

I was hoping it would be better than my other ear piece that has the big piece that goes over my ear since I wear glasses, sometimes wear a headband to hold my hair back and have to wear a mask when I go anywhere but not so sure about it now since it does make my ear hurt even after trying to stretch the ear hook so it's not so tight.

The instructions are very short and sweet, and very clear. I like when I turn it on, it tells me how many hours of charge are left so I know when to recharge. It also tells you if it makes a connection or not, so once I had to go on my phone to turn on Bluetooth to reconnect. So easy!

Unfortunately it only comes with one ear bud that cut my inner ear. Absolutely hurt and was very uncomfortable. Plantronics need to create some softer earbuds.
