This is the second one I have owned. I lost the first one. The battery lasts all day. I like the fact that it has an on\off switch so you know you're not accidentally leaving it on. Sound quality is good.

Needs to be louder. Difficulty in dial assist setup and auto answer. Worked fine at first but no more. Will keep trying to setup with the instructions.

This bluetooth is very sleek and comfortable i like it a lot, one issue is other people hearing me when i talk on it. I have tried to make it work the issue is not huge but still a bit annoying.

Having a hands free option is welcome. The only complaint I have is the echo effect that occurs when the speaker on the phone is on. Otherwise the headset allows two hands on the steering wheel.

This little item is wonderful. It is easy to use, keeps a charge forever, fits in my ear and doesn't hurt, very comfortable and clear conversations are now being heard. What a great little device.

I've tried numerous Bluetooth headsets over the years and I finally found one that I feel is the best on the market. I had been using one of these over the past year and recently misplaced it. When I went to get a replacement, I replaced it right away with the same one (different color this time)!

The battery back up is good enough to use it for a day. But gets heated up and cannot be used for long calls. Prolonged use leads to ear aches.

This is very easy to set up and blue tooth to your mobile device. It fits in my ear well and I can hear and people can hear me as well.

I had Plantronics' higher end model previously ans loved it. This time went with this lesser-priced model. The major difference is the lack of carrying case with battery backup. Other than that, it seems to work as well.

This Bluetooth was for my wife. Set up was super easy, and she uses it all the time without issue. There may be better ones on the market, but for the price this has been great.

Works great. I am very hard of hearing and I can hear pretty good, could use a little extra volume.

Great volume control and on off control. Its easy to answer with the side button. Only thing that could be better is the ear bud needs to be redesigned to be more comfortable.

The product itself works great! Very versatile, I use it for several Bluetooth devices including my cell phone as well as Skype on my laptop. BestBuy has this WAY over-priced and it took some convincing at the local store to honor their price-match guarantee with Amazon.
