I only talk on phone with a hands free devise. My old BT died and got this reasonably priced device. Love it sound is great. My people I talk to stated that there so much less back scatter noise compared to my previous devise. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because non of the 3 silicon ear inserts properly fit my ear. Recommendation, save the silicon part that works for you and use on new devise.

It works great and is compact. The only thing is I wished it had more voice prompts while you use it like Jawbone does.

I need a bluetooth I can increase volume on & that isn't too heavy. This fits the bill perfectly. You hardly know it's there. Easy to use & volume works very well.

I use the headset for personal and professional calls. The sound quality is great. Easy to use along with cellphone where I can use the mute feature on my cellphone.

If you need a quality hands-free piece, this is for you. Easy to setup and comes with plenty of accessories. Don't let the price fool you, I own 4 of these.

Occasionally has trouble hearing my verbal commands - for example, I can answer or ignore incoming calls, but it doesn't always hear me say "answer". That small issue aside, the thing works perfectly, Sound quality is excellent. I have a bluetooth enabled car - so I can play phone calls over the car speakers, and just talk and be heard. I often use this earpiece anyway, because the microphone quality is much better than my car's mike. For the cash, there isn't a better one out there. I bought this for about $34, and I don't think there's anything in that price range that does a better job.

The very knowledgable folks at Best Buy recommended this Bluetooth and it was an awesome choice..light weight, clear sound and highly functional. Thanks Best Buy!

This is the best Bluetooth I've ever had at this price got the insurance it was a real piece of cake to swap it out for a new one. Great sound and clarity

This ear bud is uncomfortable, the volume isn't loud enough and when trying to dial out, I usually end up dialing on the phone instead of pushing the button and speaking the phone I want to call. On the bright side, the battery life is pretty good.

Easy to set up and you can hear really well. I really like the background noise cancelling feature. Everyone always says they can hear me so clearly...

It's hard to believe I put off getting this great tech item. It took a little time to get used to having something stuck in my ear, but it has set me free to do work and multi task. I could sell a pallet of these I like this product that much.

We have tried other Blue Tooth sets but keep coming back to Plantronics. Ease of use, fit and battery time are great. We will stick with Plantronics.

This bluetooth is the best that I have purchased. Quality for the money. Precise and clear. Easy to set up. I would be lost without it.

This is my first experience with Bluetooth. I relied on the salesperson to recommend a good product. I must say that I'm very pleased with the choice. it paired easily with my Galaxy Note 4. I find it very comfortable when wearing all day.

I choose this Bluetooth because of the slim design and different ear piece options. Its not comfortable to wear for extended periods it hurts my ears and I also don't like the fact that it doesn't say the number or name of your caller so you have to check phone to see if you want to answer the call or not. I'm not complaining for the price I paid!

Bought the headset on sale after loosing 2 others. Got another for my bro for x-mas. It works especially well with my Samsung S5 since the waterproofing feature on the phone apparently compromises the voice quality on the phone.

This is an ok bluetooth. I wish it had a louder volume. Volume at it's maximum is not very loud.

highly recommend. it works exactly as advertised and is very user friendly. no issues with hearing anybody or them hearing me. love it!

I bought this as a replacement for my aging Jawbone. This bluetooth headset worked wonderfully for everything other than phone calls. Apparently it has a volume issue with the iPhone 6 where the volume goes to maximum no matter what the setting on the bluetooth or the phone. I had to return it. Tested on an android phone it worked as it should.

This is an all around good headset. It would have received 5 stars if it had voice commands. Other than that, it is a good product.
