I thought there was something wrong with the 1st one I got, but it was user error. It was working good until I lost it in New Orleans. I would buy again.

I have had several bouetooth devices and this one works well. the only drawback is that it does not work with voice activated commands on my cell phone.

My husband is a truck driver and has to use a Bluetooth when he is driving. He found it to work well, but it was uncomfortable. Now using a headset.

I have never had a Bluetooth device for my phone before but this is awesome and I should have gotten one of these a long time ago!! It is so much easier to carry on business while I'm doing other things hands-free and much safer for driving!

I can hear the voice very clearly and I think that's the most important part about having the bluetooth headset. People I talk to on the phone seem to hear my voice clearly as I hardly ever get asked to repeat what I have already said.

This bluetooth works good. Its basic, but I love the way it fits, and it needs more talk time. Its a shame that I've paid $30 for a Plantronics bluetooth just a few years ago and it gave me 12 hours of talk time. But recently I paid around $59 for this one, and the talk time its just about cut in half. Double cost, half quality. Odd ratio huh???

I got this as a gift for someone else but they have love every bit of their BT headset for far. Music streaming, voice calls are great.

The clarity in receiving calls is good; however people I have talked to say the sound is somewhat muffled. The ease of use is good.

The only problem I have is it won't play media, you have to unpair and start over then it works. Other than that it works perfect.

And lucky for me, as it was an impulse purchase, because it was on sale for $40. Paired immediately with my iPhone 5s, proved to have good sound quality for audiobooks, and has good sound on both ends of phone calls. However, the range is not so good, even in my small house. (But then I'm not familiar with other like devices....) The earpiece is secure, but not comfortable for more than a couple of hours, so I'm glad I can switch ears without any adjustment. I'm delighted with the size and ease of use.

A little heavy, great sound, quick and easy connection.

I like the soft ear hooks. The silicon is comfortable in my small ear hole. I just wish there was a way to redial from the unit

We have bought 5 or 6 of these. If our animals would quit eating them we wouldn't have to buy so many. Keep buying the same one as it is the best bang for the buck on the market and we've used several high end brands.

When I've been on calls with this headset, I can hear fine but am told that my voice quality not as good (basically no high/midrange in my voice quality). The BlueTooth pairing was good, but seems to be finicky to reconnect on an iPhone 6 and have to occasionally force the connection. This is also paired with an iPad Air and it will join pair to both devices simultaneously and that may contribute to the issue.

Cannot control the volume with it therefore I have to use my phone to adjust the volume

Works great. The only bummer is voice response stopped working after three times. Still figuring out if I can fix that.

Dual microphones, but sound quality lags behind Jawbone. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

This Bluetooth was recommended to me by the folks at Best Buy, and it turns out to be a great recommendation
