I have purchased several ear pieces over the last year only to learn don't buy too cheap its not worth it in the long run! Spend the 60 upfront this one is great. Most hurt my ear or not loud enough this is comfortable and loud enough even pumped gas in wind and my bf could still hear crystal clear and no noise.

Elegant Look, Nice Fit but Poor Noise Cancellation

I have a love-hate relationship with Bluetooth headsets that has lasted over many years. Needless to say, I have tried nearly all of the manufacturers headsets and cannot find a single one that has sufficient noise cancellation (how people hear me). The Marque 2 is small, lightweight, elegant and offers a really good fit for me; however, the fact that everybody complains that they cannot hear me makes this a total non-starter. Is there anything out there that really works well?

The marque II is really an affordable product that is really easy to use. I love the fact that its very light and call quality is great if not better than others within the same price point

    Great Bluetooth

I have had Plantronics earpieces for almost 4 years and I put them through the wringer. I have had the same 2 the whole 4 years, but they are the Discovery series. I lost one Saturday and have lost all the tips for both over the years, so I was forced into purchasing another. I was disappointed that I couldn't purchase an exact replacement and after much ado, I went with this model, despite not so good reviews. The only fault I can find with it is when the voice says "Answer or Ignore" it doesn't always recognize my answer and the phone keeps ringing. Maybe I just need to speak louder. The battery life is great. I'm a home health nurse and I'm on my phone and headset all day. I like that the headset tells me how many hours I have left when I turn it back on. I am happy with this headset, even though it wasn't my first choice and if it continues to work this well, it won't be too expensive to purchase the second one for back up.

Get your bang for the buck with this headset. Even works with the iPhone 6 plus I just got, but only after looking up how to pairing it up online after having some issues initially.

We bought this as a gift for my father in law. It was simple to program an easy to use, all done by a 70yr old. No complaints!

Clear sound , but media issue

Sound quality is great, comfortable to wear, easy to pair with phone, I thought. Can pair with both my phones, but realized I was only receiving alerts from 1 phone, my other headset let me receive alerts from both paired phones, which is the reason I use the bluetooth. I called support and they first said I couldn't get media from 2 phones at a time, Then said it was a phone issue, that it could. I will be retuning it for this reason. If you only need phone pairing or media on one phone, this would be a good bluetooth, Wouldn't recommend based on tech support!

    Good features, but connection problems

Pro: battery charges fast but also drains fast. This headset handles not only phone calls, but also streaming media (music), GPS instructions, and can connect to up to 2 devices. And it has a standard micro USB port for charging. Cons: 1. When answering a phone call, I hear an ugly, loud crackling sound before the call connects. 2. While walking with this headset on my left ear, I have to put my smartphone in my pants left front pocket. If I put the phone in a rear pocket (left or right), this headset starts crackling and loses its connection within seconds.

It does what it says it does. It connected to my phone in minutes, tablet too. I found the volume to be adequate driving with window open. Has a find me app if you loose it and one that tells you how much talk time you have on your phone or tablet. Its always a hit or miss with the ear pieces and am glad I tried this one.

Bought headset and used it for 4 days before returning it, battery life is short if listening to music or making calls. Ended up buying the m50 headset after trying out several others and even with the m50 being cheaper it is without a doubt so far the best headset I have used in a very long time!

I purchased the headset for my new Samsung Note II. It worked wonderfully for about 2wks, not counting some distored sounds. By the third week I could hear other people but no one could hear me. I was able to hear media on the headset but still no one ould hear me. A week later my father had the same issue. He purchased the headset at a different BestBuy location. At times the headset will shut off mid conversation. I would have to shut it down and back on for it to work again. Plantronics did attempt to troubleshoot but insisted I send it in for a refurbished one. No thanks! It was brand new.

    keeps losing connection

I have used Plantronics bluetooth headsets for quite a while now. I've had the 925, three times the 975 and now I'm on to the Marque 2. I've even had two Pulsar 500A. I am fully aware that building quality isn't stellar with Plantronics (except for the 925), but they've always respected warranty and the functionality, comfort and audio quality had always been top notch (except for the 855). The Marque 2 a comfortable headset with better buttons than the 975 and 925, the voice pairing instructions are nice and so is the information about how much talking time you have left. It sits comfortable in your ear, although the eartips for the 975/925 are a much better long-term fit for me. Voice quality is definitely not as good as the 975, but that's not the worst part. The problem with this headset is that it has been simply losing audio in the middle of conversations. This means I get no audio, although it is still connected via bluetooth to my cell phone. At first I thought it had disconnected and I would press the main button in order to reconnect, but due to that I would hang up on the call. Now I have to presse the button for speaker and then back to headset no my cell phone in order to get the sound back to the headset. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note and I haven't ever had this issue with other headsets. This is definitely going back.

From the reviews it seemed like this was a good choice but the sound quality is pretty poor. Everyone says that you sound like you are talking in a cave. I tried moving the mic around but the voice quality never got better. I'm going to exchange this for a unit with better voice quality. It is a very comfortable unit to wear for long periods of time and the receiving voice quality was excellent when paired to my EVO.

I have had 2 of these. I got rid of the first 1 because I thought that it just wasn't compatible with my phone. Then my sister got 1 and was having the same problems. What's the problem? It just cuts off whenever it feels like it. Sometimes, it makes this really LOUD noise in my ear that scares you to death because it's so unexpected. I was on the phone 1 day for about an hour, it shut off on me 4x's. I HATE THIS DEVICE because it doesn't work right and I LOVE THIS DEVICE because it is small.

    Worst Bluetooth

I've had several Blue Ants and should have just purchased another one. The Plantronics paired easy with my iphone. Every call I made with it, the person on the other end had trouble understanding me, most people said it sounded like I was on speaker phone and I was really loud, conversely, everyone sounded muffled to me and then I had to lower sound for them but when I did, I couldn't hear them. Save your money. I am returning this headset.

Strangely uncomfortable.... and then it broke!

Perhaps I am just doing it wrong...... but I could not get this device to comfortably fit my ear. I figured this is not supposed to be so much like an earbud, where it can be crammed snuggly into your eardrum, but that is what feels comfortable and stable to me. Instead, the the amplifier part is bigger, which I suppose is designed to be that way, and so it moreso fits only slightly INTO the ear, and more of a hover over the ear. Fine. However, I still felt like if I started to just walk fast, or jump slightly, the thing would fall out of my ear way too easily. The bottom line: it was uncomfortable and definitely not a stable fit for me. Then....!!! IT BROKE!! In trying to switch out the two different-sized rubber ear coverings that come with it, the earpiece came apart! It just did not work for me. This was my first time venturing into a bluetooth single ear headset, and this is not what I had in mind. Big thumbs down.
