Not a fan of wired typically but this one is really nice. Came with a card to download dolby atmos software which really makes the headset shine. Easy assembly with a removable mic and one wire to run to headset jack of pc or xbox/ps4 controller. Tested all three worked flawlessly with amazing sound. If you don't mind being tethered I found this to be a very nice gaming headset. All the cords are modular too so if one goes bad I would imagine it would be simple to replace.

My 9 year old son loves these headphones. He uses them for playing games on the PC and with the Xbox utilizing an adaptor we already had. He also uses them in the car to watch movies on the DVD player. Great sound and very comfortable. He likes the optional mic that turns off when lifted. It allows him to play and interact with his brother. They look really nice and my son loves the color. Overall, a great all around headset with multiple uses.

These are really good headsets and very comfortable. It does a great job of blocking out outside noise and making you feel like you are in the game. I used these with my Ps4 and they work great with them. I also tried them out on my PC and they were excellent! I would def recommend these headsets for gaming. They have all the things I am looking for when searching for headsets. Comfort is always my number 1 and these are very comfortable.

This is a nice headset that delivers really great sound and functionality for a nice but lower end gamers headset. The bass and mids are on point, not too overwhelming or underperforming. The highs seem to mimic the expected. The ear cups detach and move so if you have a bigger head like me then this is a good design. It moves and then stays. The headband is a combo of medal and the elastic band to keep the fit. The connector for the sound cable was a little odd in the placement but the cable was long enough that it did not cause any issues. The audio mic does work but seems a little cheap but for the price this is a great compromise. Even using this headset for calls with your cell phone works and you can hear just fine. The person on the other end may have challenges with lots of ambient sounds to fully hear you with the mic. I would buy this for my teenager or even myself if I was not the most high-end gamer. Most people will be very satisfied. The end line cable to adjust the sound works but left a little to be desired if you connect it to your phone. It basically does sound and that is about it with mute if turned all the way down.

Headphones quality nowadays are good, including this one. You can't go wrong. It does come with a free trial of Dolby Atmos on Windows so you can virtually experience it. I don't think though that this product will blow you away on the sound quality. I love this because of the convenience it offers. No need to adjust the headset-- just put it over your head and it adjusts to your size. the components can be dismantled-- the mouthpiece and the plugs-- that's why i thought it can take a beating-- I've pulled on the wires a couple of times and it looks sturdy. The cups are soft and plush. It does hurt a bit after wearing it for over 4 hours of playing Fortnite, but that's 4 hours! It does not feel flimsy at all; you know you are wearing a nicely made product. Overall it's a good product.

Upon arriving back from my vacation, I came home to this very nice gaming headset. Inside the box was the usual warranty info and instruction manual, along with the detachable/adjustable/expandable headset the mic and the audio cable that connects to your laptop or desktop. Connecting everything was very simple as snapping the mic into place on the left side as well as the audio cable. Sound quality was superb. Inside the box also was a code for Dolby Atmos which I could tell the difference immediately. Everyone could hear me clearly with no static or cut-out issues. Very glad I got this gaming headset and recommend it to anyone looking for a good gaming headset. One thing to note is that even though it says PC Gaming Headset, this headset is also compatible to be used on an Xbox One S or Playstation 4. I love the color too, I have the Gold/Black set.

I absolutely love these headphones (with one small complaint I'll get to later)---they sound incredible! These are "high tech" looking headphones, but surprisingly light-weight for their size. They include a cord with controls and a plug in mic. Also included is a Dolby Atmos download that was a nice little bonus. The Dolby download says it's good for either your microsoft account, or an Xbox, but it actually downloaded to both as soon as I redeemed it...so...bonus? It is a pretty nice little app though, and truly does make a difference in sound quality. The headphones themselves sound amazing! I particularly noticed with the Dolby app on that it's "directional"--you can truly tell which direction things are coming from (as in: badguys) when you're playing a game. The mic is super-sensitive and picks up EVERYTHING (so you may have to adjust your sensitivity--I had to turn mine down a bit as people could hear a TV playing in the next room over it). From what I'm told the sound over the mic is very clear as well. The fit and padding is extremely comfortable. The ONLY issue I had with these is that instead of "slider" adjustments there are "lock positions" for each ear--and there's only three of them. I imagine for most people that's not an issue at all, but if you have a giant head like mine the largest position can still be a bit snug. Still, they fit, I just would have liked to be able to adjust them a tiny bit farther. The clear benefit of the lock positions is that they won't get "loose" over time, so that's actually a pretty great feature. I also had to buy a "y-adapter" in order to plug this into my soundboard--there's only one plug included with the mic, and my old-school sound card has a separate mic and speaker jack. It was a $5 part so no big deal, but if you have a slightly older sound card or want to connect over USB do be aware you'll likely need an adapter. Overall I highly recommend this headset--especially for gaming!

My sons are avid gamers and have used various headsets over the years. They both tired this headset and said the sound was on par with more expensive headsets they have used. The difference was that the headset seemed to have a different fit on over the ears than they have used in the past. If possible, you may want to try these on before you purchase them.

Confortable, great sound nice materials. Gold and black (new Orleans saints colors!). Adjustability good.

After going through a couple of different headsets, I stumbled upon this one by Plantronics and I am very glad I did! These are the most comfortable headphones I have owned. They also feel well made and durable. The sound quality is excellent. Gaming sounds come in crisp and clear. This is a huge improvement over the cheap earbuds I was using! I didn't know I got a free copy of Atmos for Headphones with my purchase so that was a nice bonus. Overall, I am very impressed with these and hope they will last me a while.

Great voice clarity, very comfortable for long periods. I don't stream or online play often, but at least I know I have a great set of gear to have my back

This headset looks and sound great, the mic is also exceptional but after using it for a year, the headset cut out due to the wiring. I'm not entirely sure what happened to mine but I know something happened to the wires, I've never pulled on them or anything, and I would rarely unplug the headset from my pc, And suddenly they one side just stopped playing audio.

I am a console gamer and got these for my Xbox One X. The Dolby Atmos is truly something that has to be experienced to be appreciated. Not only 360 degree hearing but also above and below. I don't play PC as I am real gamer and PS4 doesn't have Dolby atmos, among other things. Recommend absolutely, longevity TBA.

These headphones will get a 2 star review because the mic is poorly made. The sound is great! But when it comes to the longevity of the mic, it deserves negative stars. I have 3 kids so its hard to find the money for a decent mic around the holidays but I made it happen and bought these. They were great for a couple weeks! Got a nice concept with the mic muting itself when flipped all the way up, but the design is faulted because there is no stopping point for it to be all the way up safely and not safely as well as all the way down. So the non replaceable part that mutes the mic and un-mutes it is chintzy and broke so the mic is constantly muted like it's in the up position. So I start having problems with the mic and go to take it back but its 33 days after I bought them and I am denied a return because I didnt purchase the warranty. Why make a product that lasts 30 days?? So you buy another one..... Needless to say I'll be looking for a different brand headset after the new year.

A good headset for a good price. Sounds good when gaming

At first these seemed like a pretty nice head set. The ability to remove the over the ear portion and move it between three different positions seemed like a plus. Until they start to wear out and barely stay in the slots. The microphone mute switch when you flip the boom up, also seemed like a good idea. Just one more thing to break, I now cannot have the mic all the way down or all the way up. It has to be in just the right spot or I am muted. The microphone is good, so good my friends can hear my game play when no sound is coming from anything except the head phones. Maybe I jsut like my volume loud, either way that is also something that bugs me. All in all, I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

This is the first headset I have purchased. The reviews I read online seemed to be good so I was excited to get home with this and get started playing online. Once I got home and opened the box, I got a strong overwhelming smell of varnish or paint. It was extremely strong smell that gave me a headache instantly. I called the company about it and they didnt seem the least bit concerned about the situation at all. The customer service rep I spoke with was unphased and seemed to not care at all. His exact response was “well if you want to just take it back to the store”. Poor customer service and a chemical smell on this product has swayed me from ever purchasing from this company again. Thank you to BestBuy for returning this product for me (even the employee at BestBuy commented on the strong chemical smell on the product when I returned it).

Easily the worst headset I’ve ever bought. This headset has lasted as long as any generic headset you get out of the box when you buy any console. The only difference between the two is you can hear the sound from the game through the console until the headset gives out on you. Buy something better and worth your money instead of this garbage if you want to save yourself some money and a trip.

Just got this today, what a complete joke. Works for 10 minutes now mic cord cuts out. No audio and can’t speak to anyone. I’m not sure if it’s just the wire of what but either way what a comeplete waste of my money. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!!
