The surround sound during game play is very nice. Headset controls are convenient and we'll placed. The self adjusting gear is comfortable and simple. The only down side really is the need to change the sound settings to switch the output to the IR port. Then, if I want to go watch a movie on Netflix, I have to go and switch the settings back to HDMI. Not a simple plug and play for multiple purposes, unless you're going to keep the headphones on all day. Not sure if they are all day comfortable or not. No idea how multi player sound would work on the same console either. Maybe there is another setting for that? 4 out of 5.

So I had been looking for a headset for about a month and I had bought turtle beaches(stealth 800s) prior to these and they were horrible, for being a well established brand I really expected them to be good. The audio quality was bad the mic quality was bad and was very uncomfortable. This headset (Rig 800HS) is better in all ways the headset actually feels very sturdy the sound is great the mic works awesome and has plenty of battery life. Best part is that its extremely comfortable and light. Have never had connection issues or anything of that sort. The only thing is that the mic itself feels a bit flimsy but it being a flip up mic it's good. Would definitely recommend buying it even tho it's a bit pricey,the quality will blow you away.

The Sound Quality of this headset is good. The life of the battery is extremely long between charges. Also this headset is very light. You don't notice you are wearing it. The only negative is that it doesn't work with an aux cable; therefore, it would not work with mobile phones.

The sound is great! , connected in 5 mins. Watched wonderwomen with these on and that movie went from 10/10 to 20/10 picked up everything. Gaming just aswell! mic was on point no issue can get out ur way to. The reason I choose these were the fact that 200 and up headsets I read tends to have little things that go out that breaks a whole headset easy like a luxury car. This is the best bang for you buck. And for 20 bucks more 2!.. Yes 2! Years warranty. So you can breathe easy when you finally break these. And did I mention the sound a crazy good?

This product has what everyone wants - a hybrid of PlayStation Gold and Astro A50, and who wouldn’t want that! Their sound is so amazing and so clear you can tell left from right and if you get used to them up from down. Great for gaming like Rainbow Six Siege.

Headset is super comfy, and light. Battery never dies out on me after long gaming sessions. Sound is clear and can be adjusted on side of headset if you want to hear your party louder or the game. I did have a connection problem a few times where I had turned my PlayStation on but the headset wasn’t connected to the transmitter. Easy fix is to replug transmitter and it connects.

Very nice sound and great range for wireless BT. Cool features that allow you to easily bring voice chat to the front or in game sounds to the front while gaming and chatting. Very comfortable to wear even during long excursions while gaming. Noise cacelling is top notch as well. Just a bit over priced for the overall performance of surround sound. Look for them on sale if you can wait.

i bought this headset to replace the playstation gold junk i had. this is a grate headset because the battery life is so good and it tells you how much battery u have left and sounds great.

The heat set is super light and very comfortable on your head. All of the features are easily achieved with well-placed buttons and a good mic. My only complaint would be volume. Dumping big money into a head set, you would expect this to be extremely loud. The sound field is big, but the volume leaves a little to be desired.

These headphones are better than any gaming set I have used. They are high quality in both sound and comfort. They are a little pricey, but if you prioritize comfort, sound quality, and wear-and-tear resistance, these are the phones for you.

They sounded good and loved how long the battery lasted. But the part that plugs into the USB port quick working. Probably was just a fluke that had happen. Overall pretty comfortable too.

These are way better than my high priced Astro headset. I love that you can mute them by just flipping up the Mic. With them being wireless I am not tripping over any chords. They are extremely comfortable and I recommend them to all gamers !!!

He is completely in love with them. I like that the ear piece is adjustable and that they are wireless. I have not heard one single complaint about them. The sales rep in the department spoke highly of these and i'm glad i listened.

Coming from a gamer whose every disc is scratch free and setup is spotless, mid range priced headset are the way to go. No offense, but I tried both Astro, and Turtle Beach, both wired and wireless. Not a fan, I've always had problems with either operating or charging. If you don't want to drop mid prices the original Sony PS4 headsets are fire too, had a set for going on 6 years. $$$ doesn't always guarantee quality.

This is the fourth wireless headset I have used. Two others were about the same price while one was half as much. This headset has by far the best wireless range. This one was much more comfortable then the other two at the same price point but has slightly less good sound quality and volume. The one that was half as much was equally as comfortable, had much better sound quality and volume, but did not have the same wireless range.

Great headset, very comfortable, good audio and good battery life. Only knock is I wish it had better chat/audio mix.

I bought these as a replacement to my Sony Gold headset. These blow them out of the water. Easy and fast to set up. Excellent audio quality either with gaming,voice chat. Very comfortable. Even after hours of gaming I hardly noticed they were even on my head. These do. It get hot like my Sony set did. I would definitely recommend

Pros: 1. Ultra comfortable 2. Great range 3. Volume buttons etc very easy to use Cons: 1. For some reason Best Buy doesnt have these in stock anymore so I bought the subpar Sony's and I regret it 2. For some reason ( and this is my only technical gripe ) I have to unplug the bluetooth transmitter and replug it in to make a connection , only takes a second but thats my only complaint
