PS4 doesn’t recognize it half the time causing me to unplug and then plug back in the usb in order for the PS4 to register the headset. Also could use better ventilation for the ear muffs. Your ears will get extremely overheated when playing over thirty minutes.

Tons of static if you didn't have the boom just right. Bluetooth connectivity in and out too often. Sound was ok at best. Over priced for what you get.

In order to troubleshoot your headset, try resetting the connection between the headset and USB receiver. To do so: connect the USB receiver into a different USB port of your gaming console. On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. The procedure is complete once the lights go off. You might also want to try placing the wireless transmitter as far away as possible from other wireless enabled devices and connecting it to a different USB port to see if this helps the issue. If you get the same issue after following the previous steps, then the product must have a problem and it is best to replace it. This model has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. I bought these a year ago when I bought the same ones for my xbox 1. I dont play ps4 much as I'm more of a xbox guy. I only used these maybe 4 times, and had problems connecting everytime. The mic not working was usually the headache. I moved a couple of months ago and these have been sitting in storage for 4 months. I finally unpacked and tried setting these up and now they dont charge. They are completely trash. I remember having trouble charging them when I first got them too. Save your money, get a different brand!

Power switch does not work after a month

Don’t hold up

The manufacture won’t replace because it’s based on the “original sale date”. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. BUYERS BEWARE! They don’t stand by their product..
