I was expecting excellent sound quality like the XBOX but was seriously dissatisfied with what I heard. Metallic sounding, less powerful garbage. The audio sounded like it was coming from a 1970's Zenith Mono Television. Avoid the PS4 set. Get something better.

In addition the build was really cheaply done. Cheap Plastic and elastic bands? I expected more from a name like plantronics and a price tag of $150.

Bestbuy refused to exchange it for a different one. I have to pay to ship it to the manufacturer and they refused to exchange it for a different kind of headset.

To do so: On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. Once the light goes off, the procedure is complete. You might also want to test it with a PC to isolate the cause of the issue. As you may know, this model has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses of the faulty unit while the Manufacturer handles the expenses of the replacement unit as stated under our Terms and Conditions. Best headset for PS VR

The component construction of the Rig 800 allows plenty of room for size adjustment for the PS VR , the headband seems indestructible ( as viewed on youtube ) also can be replaced if needed for a low price. I am a adult gamer who uses these 40+ hours a week. Have had these for 18 months now and they are still like new. Sound and mic are excellent for a gaming headset. Controls are easy to find while gaming. Also LOVE the swing microphone, ( swinging it up or down turns mic off or on ) This is a easy to find and quick way to turn mic off or on. Thank you Plantronics for this awsome headset !!!

Terrible Sound

Was going to go with the TB 700s but these looked pretty great and the sales associate highly recommended them. He just hooked them up, adjusted all the sound settings etc. and the sound is awful. His TB 400s were much louder than these. I can actually hear him talking to me when they are on the highest volume. I was expecting alot more than that for the higher price tag than the TBs. Pretty disappointed. The reviews were great but we dont care for them at all. Going to return them tomorrow and try the TB 700s since we have always had great luck and great customer service with Turtle Beach!

Great mid-level priced headphones.

What piqued my interest about these is that you can adjust the level of in game chat and game volume and the flick of a button. As with with any purchase that you feel comfortable with paying $149.99 and tend to use it a lot get a warranty.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hey guys, the reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because i can't find a way to make my chat/mix work with the PS4 seems like if I want to hear more game works fine but if I want to hear less chat, then the whole volume comes down when I move the volume knob. the reason I bought this headsets was to replace my Sony Golds but I'm starting to believe that there is no replacing them when it comes to chat/mix. Please note that this model has two dials, one is to increase or decrease the game and chat volume (top dial) and the bottom dial increases or decreases the master volume, therefore there is no way to reduce them separately. Breaks quickly

We returned them and got another pair. I wasn't smart enough to take the hint and didn't buy a replacement plan. Eight months later, the second one fried. These are way too expensive to be junk, but they are.

Broken when bought

I’m really glad I spent all that money for broken headphones!! They don’t even sound that great with the mic from reviews I just watched. Great. Thanks Best Buy.
